The Guides section explains the reasoning and formulas behind many of the calculators in depth, and the Privacy Policy answers most questions about what happens to the data you type into a tool. If your question is about a specific tool's result, re-checking the exact numbers you entered is worth doing before reporting it as a bug — a surprising number is usually a data issue, not a calculation issue, but we're glad to check either way.
How we handle support requests
Every message submitted through the form above is reviewed by a real person on the team, not routed through an automated ticketing system. Bug reports and incorrect-calculation reports are prioritized first since they can affect other visitors too; tool suggestions and general feedback are read and considered for the catalog's ongoing roadmap.
